Our AUCTIONS primarily consist of display and excess inventory that includes new building materials, dimension lumber and hardwood flooring.

Regional and Local distributors consign their surplus door and window inventory to these AUCTIONS. Inventory has included oak and mahogany entrance doors with leaded glass, sliding glass doors, french doors, trapezoid, double hung and casement windows. We also put up for bidding interior pre hung 6 panel oak and pine doors, ceramic tile and laminate flooring, assorted molding and casing, spindles, pedestal sinks with matching toilets, hot tubs, Jacuzzi tubs, display kitchens, 100's of yards of quality carpeting, assorted faucets, etc. At our AUCTIONS, we offer 1000's of square feet of prefinished and unfinished hardwood flooring. We also offer 100's of new and reconditioned tools from Milwaukee, Makita, Craftsman, DeWalt, Stanley and Ryobi. Consignments have also included forklifts, trucks and trailers.
